Gymnastics Movement Seminar

We will be holding a Gymnastics Movement Seminar February 11. We will be going over Pull-ups, Handstands, Toes-to-Bar, Ring Dips, Muscle-ups, and much more. Baby Frayne is here!

Hey gang, wanted to share our happiest news of 2012!

Baby James Joseph was Born on Tuesday January 17th, 2012 at 1:06pm.

He weighed 7 pounds 5 oz and was 19 inches!

He’s such a cutie!!!
